Remember when the GOP gave Elon Musk a standing ovation in front of the American people... ...and then only voted on 1 DOGE cut, didn't defund the Taliban, gave $315 MILLION to a far Left group that DOGE defunded, and never passed the SAVE ACT? I don't understand the GOP...

@MoundsViewMayor Yes, everyone knows it's the Minnesota Democrat Flag. Everyone knows it's a symbol and intentional statement of their dominion.

My position on the flag conversation is that I think we should always be flying the current adopted flag. The reason I feel that way is that it respects democracy. I feel going back to the old flag would be very disrespectful and it would be undermining the democratic process that yielded the current flag. The new flag wasn’t my favorite of the options however it has since grown on me especially post metro surge. I saw the flag become the symbol of perseverance and unity and it really stuck with me and made me proud of our new flag. The pain and suffering we endured from metro surge was felt all across the state and right here at home in Mounds View. The flag was a central symbol of light in the darkness that was metro surge. We will likely do a proclamation and a flag dedication in the near future to cement our commitment to flying this flag and I would also like to see us adopt an ordinance stating we will fly whatever the current adopted flag is further reinforcing our commitment to democracy and the state and the place we call home. In regard to the old 1983 flag there had been attempts to change it for years. I don’t have any real attachment to it other than it’s all I have known. After 43 years It was time for a change. The old flag also had some racial undertones to it that does not reflect my values or our values as a city. I will admit I never saw the flag that way but have since learned about its history and nowhere in my conscience do I want us to be one of the cities who go back to that. Mounds View is a city where EVERYONE is WELCOME. We have done tremendous work to address our own racist past, and we will continue to work on it. We will continue to be a beacon of what is possible when good government works to serve its people and I think we are doing just that and the old flag does not fit in that equation.

Chinese company KargoBot created a Fully Autonomous Cabless Semi truck which is planned to go into production this year. • Purpose-built modular design • 800 km range (500 mi) on WLTC Cycle • 1,026 kWh CATL battery, with swapping capabilities • 25% compared to a traditional cabbed semi-truck • 32 total sensors: LiDAR, 4D Radar, and infrared/thermal cameras • Trailer & Cargo capability, and a wide range of use cases • "KargoCloud" platform for intelligent dispatching, real-time monitoring, automatic charging alerts, fault handling, and logistics management The stuff coming out of China is insane. They say mass production starts sometime in 2027.

I didn’t like USAID. But watching people gleefully mock a woman for having to start over at ~60 is bleak. You can disagree with someone’s politics without losing basic empathy. The internet has broken a lot of brains.

I feel terrible for anyone who loses their job. I’m not trying to kick anyone while they’re down. But these USAID and NGO workers are the least sympathetic unemployed people I’ve ever seen. EVERY person in this story was making well into six figures: USAID employee: $175,000 USAID contractor: $127,000 USAID-funded NGO employee: $272,000(!) USAID advisor at the DOD: $195,000 USAID contractor: $200,000 There were 16,000 employees at USAID, and the New York Times was only able to interview one making less than $175k. Worldwide, there were an estimated 280,000 contractors. ALL of these people were getting paid from our tax dollars. Many were making 2-4x the wage of the average American taxpayer ($65-70k per year). Yes, USAID did some good work, especially during the Cold War. And, yes, many of the agency’s employees were hard-working Americans, with good intentions and love for their country. Again, we should take no joy in seeing thousands of people lose their livelihoods—this is not a case of justifiable schadenfreude. But it’s not sustainable for an agency with so little accountability to manage tens of billions of dollars per year, enriching tens of thousands of NGO-industrial-complex managers living in the DC/Maryland/Virginia metroplex in the process. Even the NYT acknowledges that “there was bloat and waste in the agency and a need for reform. Much of the $35 billion [USAID] managed in 2024 went to Washington-based contractors, not directly to people in need overseas. The success of many projects was hard to measure.” Every last dollar that went to these highly paid employees was funded by an American taxpayer, the vast majority of whom make far less money than the people laid off from USAID. We have the right to demand accountability, and we have the right to expect that these funds will be spent in our interest, not theirs. USAID and its thousands of employees, contractors, and NGO beneficiaries ignored that principle, and they eventually paid the price with their careers. I wish them all nothing but the best, but I won’t mourn that they will no longer be making $200k per year on the backs of American workers.

President Trump hates women he can’t control, who don’t worship him, women who actually worship God, and are much more intelligent than he is. Women like @RealCandaceO. This cruel post about Candace looks like something Laura Loomer would conjure up as she gives Trump his talking points, policy decisions, and political advice which is literally destroying him and the Republican Party. Trump refused to support the women who were victims of Epstein, he called me a traitor for supporting them and not bowing to him, he is attacking Megyn Kelly, and Candace Owens. Also the only people in his cabinet that he’s either fired or privately told to leave are women, Christi Noem, Pam Bondi, and Lori Chavez DeReemer. He appointed Elise Stefanik as ambassador of the UN then took it away without a care even after all she did to support him just because Johnson told him too. No matter what you think about any of us women as we are all different from each other, whether you like us or not, one thing is incredibly clear, Trump hates women. And posts like this one is going to turn the majority of women in America against him.

🚨ANNOUNCEMENT: MNGOP REQUEST TO STEP ASIDE Never in 1000 years. I told you our MNGOP chair was sackless wonder. Look at this Judas... 1 brand new Tim Walz appointed judge makes a ridiculous ruling in a CIVIL matter and he rolls right over. Thank you Alex "We Shouldn't Say RINO" Plechash! You just showed us all who you are. But we know what this really is, you favor Michele "Pro Amnesty" Tafoya, because she's even left of your favorite Nimarata Haley! I should suspend my campaign for disciplining my son about Marijuana? And you're a Republican? A conservative? You're going to fight against the commies coming from Minneapolis, Mogadishu? You're a pansy ass RINO and it's embarrassing to watch. You know where you really messed up though... You were so desperate to try to parlay this against me because you hate the young MAGA movement, you forgot to dot your I's and cross your T's. No comment on Engen and Hudson huh? And I like both of them, they will overcome this obstacle. You and your boss Tom Emmer will not. Funny, you don't seem to understand the difference between civil and criminal. OFPs are civil, DUIs are criminal. A lot of DUIs out there. Michael Broadkorb, who you guys paid to endorse Kamala in 2024, brilliant! He's a tipsy driver no? How about little Trip Emmer, I seem to recall him being a tipsy driver too. Maybe there should've been more DISCIPLINE at the Emmer house. You little never Trump weasel, enjoy your last stint as chair. You're a capitulate, commie sympathizing, cannon fodder, dung pile. When's the last time you've been to North Minneapolis? You Wayzata RINOs better retreat and regroup. Black patriotic men will discipline our children so they don't become the Black plague you all grift off. I wouldn't step aside or suspend my campaign for you Tim Walz enablers if you put a fucking gun to my head. P.S. My ex-wife threatened a witness, witness tampering is illegal and the judge will reverse or we will see the clear extension of MAGA political witch hunt here in Minnesota. That would've been the statement of a real MAGA chair in the belly of the beast. Where is your sack? You still want Ukraine funding!
