@THuggz @donjoyride I signed up back in the day, and while I still do TM, I regret paying the fee big time. It's a good tool to clear your mind though. They give you a mantra, and you just repeat it and gently return to over when your mind wonders over 20 mins, twice a day. but dont pay $1400
