my takeaway from this "if you give me the option to be a sufficiently large human-ish woman, I'll take that over the furry option" and that's not what I'd expect to be the case at all

it's very interesting to me though, bc a lot of people have separately come to me and been like "this is so you, this is the jade option" and when I go look it's not doing anything for me at all.

just got the full version of FFXIV and now that I actually have the option of being a big cat lady, it's just not calling to me at all. I can project myself onto my roegadyn character so much more easily than I could any of the hrothgar options.

@strikerstevie I appreciate the explanation. When I don't understand things online I tend to work from a base assumption that people are trying to be rude to me and it generally serves me well.

@TIGERSTYPING HAHAHAHAH no in this context I’m basically saying I agree / I am proud of you :3 you can think of “wig” as a slightly tongue-in-cheek response to something that you think is powerful or moving. But it’s usually said with sincerity despite it being silly in tone!

sometimes I log in here just to see posts that are so insufferable that they briefly turn me into an anti-intellectual like a werewolf until I regain my senses and log back off.
