Yes, pay revision only can be the tool for BSNL employees to motivate them, we r doing at our best , but some boost is necessary in terms of rewards by means of kay revision due since 16 years ..

Sir, pay revision which was last recd 16 long years ago is the basic requirement of the BSNL employees. It will be the biggest motivation to perform with double enthusiasm & will boost the morale of all employees. We expect Govt to reciprocate with rewards for the good work. 🙏
