Who are the YP in custody? 39% have been in LA care; 19% have a disability, 50% have literacy/numeracy difficulties & 25% of kids in custody for <12 months have experienced permanent exclusion. It’s almost like we need a joined up holistic approach, eh? #adcsconf19
