A FANTASTIC story - and let's not forget, Barnes name came up other times after that (pre Texas eg), before he settled into Knoxville permanently, and UVA settled into Tony Bennett.

Whenever I see the ball take a crazy high bounce on one of these players (not even ours) I get upset. The NCAA wants the ball like this. They don't need gimmicks to make the game sloppier. Just trust the product and let the guys play with a reasonably inflated ball.

Once again - referring to the EvoNXT as a “basketball” is charitable at best.
It belongs in elementary schools, if that.
Its broad adoption in VHSL is an embarrassment.
