@TKMaxx_UK Hey, just placed an order and not sure how your app took the address where I lived 5 years ago, when I’ve never ordered from that address. Need help, I live in another city now
@ShiltonJohanne Hi 😊 Thanks for getting back to us. Alas, we're unable to confirm what caused this to happen on this occasion. As mentioned previously, we've passed the details on to the relevant team so the process can be looked into. Thanks again for bringing this to our attention. – Michael
@TKMaxx_UK Explained to me that it must be a returned item, put back with wrong ticket detailing wrong size and wrong price, it’s what happens apparently. Procedure requires an update, if till can tell ‘wrong ticket for garment’ surely it can link to correct ticket details too.
@TKMaxx_UK Swindon Branch. Went today, grabbed two dresses (sale) and a purse/wallet. Got to till, purse, dress - next dress computer said no. Cashier said she had to speak to the manager (quite a long time, queue built up). Manager said wrong price pay £4 more.
@inevergetaname Hi Khloe 😊 Sale items are marked with red labels, while final clearance items have yellow labels. Final clearance items are already at their lowest price and won’t be reduced any further. – Michael
Have @TKMaxx_UK changed their yellow sticker sale policy? I swear prices used to come down daily. Mine still has the same items marked down by £1-2 from the original price (not sale price!) for over a week….or am I remembering the sales wrong!
@ShiltonJohanne Hi 😊 Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’ll pass it on to the relevant team, as customer satisfaction is very important to us. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and hope it was an isolated incident. – Michael
@TKMaxx_UK Cont., I said I’d planned to alter it, only a back garden dress for heat. More about queue, the looks, the comments, Their frustration I was holding them up. There should be a better, quicker procedure to establish details cont.,

@TKMaxx_UK Hello
I tried to return something bought online with my email proof of purchase and I was refused the return because they say I need the paper receipt from online order? How is that possible?????Are we not online only not needing a piece of paper receipt?
@TKMaxx_UK This is not a personal query please can you confirm this is the policy?????? I rang customer services whilst in store and they told me all I need is the emails of order?!?!?! Can we as customers get a clear message of the issue?

@TKMaxx_UK Why do parcels need to be collected in person from stores? It does say ID is required but I didnt realise my partner would need my ID rather than IDing himself when collecting. What if you cant get out the house? Surely if you have the barcode, collection can be made.
@KittyDotty Thank you for your message. I am sorry that you are unable to DM us. If you could please send us an email to: customerservice@tjxeurope.com we would be happy to assist you further. Thanks - Vivien
@LuxMeaMundiAM@TKMaxx_UK It was in a bag wrapped in paper. Why it wasn’t in a box is beyond me but it’s actually ridiculous. I’ll have to go out of my way to take it back and I know my local store will not have the item in stock because we don’t get a lot of the Halloween stuff
Who is in charge of @TKMaxx_UK packaging for deliveries? Why have I just had a framed print with a glass front delivered in a bag and smashed?! Who puts glass in a bag?
