@TKMaxxHelp is it normal when placing an order for the dates to be completely inaccurate? I placed an order on Thursday for c&c and it said on or before Sat (today) email yesterday said dispatched, del within 2 working days. Not today then.

@tkmaxx_uk Bought at Westfield, but Charing Cross Rd refused to remove a faulty security tag without a receipt, despite credit card proof. Why should I waste time and travel money fixing your mistake? Can you help me? This tag also appears to be faulty as it does not beep!

@TKMaxx_UK went into Broadheath Manchester late morning, 1/4/26, not very busy. Waited behind customer buying HUGE amount, me second in Q,after 10 mins the Q was 20 long. 2 assistants floating around avoiding eyes; when I was in retail first thing was SERVE T CUSTOMER!! Shocking

@TKMaxxHelp Hi. Your "Orly" branded water bottles are of poor quality and can be dangerous. The pop-up lid on mines stopped working. Then the spring wire poked out and it's sharp! On my daughter's Orly bottle, the lid started to disintegrate. Both bottles are 3 month's old! 1/2
