The Legal Aid Agency will launch a survey for all live providers on 27/04/26. Closes on 101/06/26. Aim - to develop a more detailed understanding of market capacity and demand for legal aid services. It will also highlight the current challenges in how we work with our providers

Providers with a live legal aid contract will receive a survey link by email on 27/04, sent from ProviderSurvey@justice.gov.uk to their named liaison between their firm and the LAA. If you have not received your survey link by close of business on 27 April, check the junk folder.
