@TerryDunlevy @ABC Commuting a sentence means reducing its length or severity, or ending it entirely. The man is 75 years old with a 200 yr sentence and he has been in prison since the 70's. Who is he going to harm at this point in his life. Donald Trump sees everyone as human beings.
