@MrsMFteach @Team_English1 @LitdriveUK There are no requirements for direct quotations from the text on the Lit papers. The mark scheme requires a reference, so they don’t to waste revision by memorising quotations

@Mathew_Lynch44 @MrsMFteach @Team_English1 @LitdriveUK For P2 Q2 there are no marks for what the writer thinks. Useful for other qs though.

@MrsMFteach @Team_English1 @LitdriveUK Lang P2: make a table headed Source A / Source B. As you read each source, jot down 3 things each writer thinks / feels / believes. This helps students formulate responses for Q2, Q3 and Q4. Really simple skeleton plan of different perspectives.

We had a wonderful visit from @andyseedauthor this week. Years 1 to 6 enjoyed his assembly and had a great time in his interactive workshops! The message was clear - read, read again and then read some more!
