Common mistakes I see with some hitters👇🏼👇🏼 Trying to force the baseball pull side in the air ❌ You don’t have to try & pull the baseball. Staying through the baseball with good direction/timing will cause it to be pulled on a line in the air on its own. Don’t force it 🔥

A lot of hitters don’t know who they are. Before you become an elite hitter you need to know YOU. 1. What’s your routine? Why is that your routine? 2. What do you hit well? What don’t you hit well? 3. What type of player are you? Be intentional with your training 🔑🔥

you have to KNOW YOU!🔥 Understand who you are as a hitter to form your APPROACH and your ROUTINE! Those 2 things are big parts of making you a successful hitter! They help you understand who YOU are! 🗣️ “My approach” “My swing” “My routine” “My body” They know themselves‼️

You’re only as good as your takes!🔥 Slider Machine Work 👇🏼👇🏼 Move machine up & down when hitter isn’t looking What are we trying to accomplish? 1. Competitive environment 2. Plate discipline 3. Get hitter to understand where they need to tunnel slider into THEIR zone ‼️

People think so much of trying to get somewhere, that they miss out on the enjoyment of their current process. Enjoy where your feet are because we’re always chasing something that isn’t promised. The process should be more rewarding than the results.

You can pass many players in this game by staying consistent/working hard Even if they are BETTER than you RIGHT NOW Some players think they deserve success by being talented or get distracted at some point - Hard Work - Consistency - Understanding your Training Always wins🔑

Sometimes it is the other way Players get in the cage and hit front flip bombs in the cage. Hit 70 mph fastballs down the middle. Then leave the cage thinking they should succeed in games. 1. Challenge yourself 2. Learn to be uncomfortable 3. Failing = Success 🔑‼️

Sometimes hitters always want to work on what they are bad at. Great. You should. Grow yourself. But what about maximizing what you’re good at? That’s what makes YOU great! Don’t just work on the bad, maximize the good. FIND THE BALANCE‼️🔑

Be an ATHLETE 🔥 Who taught Neto to swing like this? 🧠 Everyone is different. Learn how to be the best version of yourself. No one knows you like you!

Could be either one but most of the time it’s your approach. 🧠 You’re trying to hit both pitches. You get caught in between. You’re late on fastballs. Early on the slider. You aren’t moving on time efficiently because you have a bad approach!

A wasted movement for someone can be an effective move for someone else. Learn YOURSELF 🧠 If you want to be an elite hitter learn to be… SLOW and CONTROLLED. Find out how you need to move, to be in a position to HIT on time. ⏳🔥

Bad movements create bad timing and bad timing creates bad movements. Learn to move efficiently on time. 🔑 It’s different for every hitter. 🔥
