@ProjectAlyz I think is a good thing to do bot purge, even if your number of followers is going to be lower after that, I would prefer having less followers and people who view my posts and interact a ton, than having a big follower number but only 1 interaction

is the bot purge not a good thing? so many dead „accounts“ that barely interacted with you. i used to do that manually a while ago cause it was frustrating that there were maybe only 10 people seeing my stuff and interacting with it despite the big follower number…

@RobotWaifu Pues las legumbres son ricas en magnesio, algunos cereales como la avena, la quinoa, frutos secos en general suelen ser buenos tambien, el plátano tambien tiene magnesio pero es la opcion que menos tiene La cosa del chocolate negro es que tiene mucho te lo quita rapido
