The criminal alien was evading law enforcement when he ran a red light and slammed into Linda's vehicle. This is ANOTHER tragic loss of life at the hands of someone who shouldn’t be here and could have been prevented.

Surveillance videos shows the gunman wearing a ski mask when he approached the group and firing once striking Sheridan Gorman in the torso. This is another senseless death at the hands of an illegal alien that could have been prevented.

He had no valid driver's license. The passenger was also taken into custody for providing false identifying information and was WANTED on a prior hit-and-run incident. This is another death that could have been prevented.
