At 17yo I was unfortunate enough to have to move out of my mother’s house and had to rent a room from someone. I was traumatised, undiagnosed autistic and suicidal. I had to go on esa after being too unwell to continue college. CAMHS rejected my referral. 1/

@TheMeldrew A shame. We had a brilliant time at the Royal and Derngate last year with free parking next door.
Now we would have to pay for parking and in a separate issues, R&D are starting to use Nimbus card for their access scheme

Just an example how a Reform council treat disabled people where I used to live, now making blue badge holders pay for parking but no accessible meters,when questioned told to use a smart phone to pay when asked if you don't have one told well they don't need to go to town

@TheMeldrew Also one of the literal ways to qualify for a blue badge is by being capable of driving (and need adapted steering) but not operating a ticket machine so how on earth is a double arm amputee meant to put coins in the machine
