@bbmhlanga Chief, they bring in knock down kits, which are duty-free, then add local 50 to 60% body parts. That's the manufacturing world over. That's what they do with all Germany and Japanese cars, even in South Africa.

When you change law without interpretation of lawyers, it stops being law, it becomes raw. Any change of law must be guided by legal principles for it to make legal sense otherwise it becomes a legal nullity. Let it be known.

@TMlambo87209 @bbmhlanga Line Ministry lawyers report to the A G. They help ministries to with day to day legal opinions such as contracs ec. However in case of a should a civil suit, such a case is referred to the AG to either authorise settlement or have the case defended in court by her office

The battle is still on. It’s not just about the inclusion of every lawyer, which they eventually did. It’s about protecting the rights of property owners. Why should I charge client twice for “conveyancing” the same property? That’s “bloody” money which every lawyer must reject.

ZANU PF simply wakes up and tells us that it’s going to choose lawyers for all property holders in the country. The Law Society is now seized with the matter. This kind of nepotism and corruption is disgusting and must be fought by all men and women of conscience.
