@TNConductor It's universally popular in MAGA and millennials are the only demographic where that is a dip. The groypers are just opportunists looking to take down MAGA which they will never do.

The governor does not have this power.

@MordeStack So out of those, only a handful were actions instead of just threats. Of those, he withheld limited Federal funds. Florida had a $3.8B surplus last year. You think, even if he did make a move like that against a FL Republican governor, it would be effective?

@TNConductor I mean Trump's retaliated at governors before over lesser issues than denying troops for an active war. Which is purely hypothetical anyway since Trump hasn't mobilized the national guard.

@TNConductor No, I think that Trump would go nuclear on a Republican governor who instructed him like this and has all kinds of avenues to do it.

@MordeStack My man, the action that Trump is taking in Iran is wildly unpopular among the cohort that Fishback is seeking to court, specifically young right-wing men. This statement is a no-brainer from him.

@TNConductor It's also political suicide for a Republican governor to refuse to support an active war, especially from a Republican president. Fishback is clearly a bad actor.
