Bannu: Police destroy poppy crop spread over 6 kanal in major operation In Bannu, police, acting on a tip-off, carried out an operation in Domanzi Bezan Khel and destroyed a poppy crop cultivated on 6 kanal of land. The operation was conducted under the supervision of DSP Riaz Khattak, with participation from Domel, Township, and Basiya Khel police teams. According to police, the poppy crop was secretly grown inside a house. Cases have been registered against the suspects involved, and further investigation is underway.
