So now I'm looking at legal options against @Delta to get my money back for the premium ticket I paid for a plane ride with NO A/C and for the money I lost since @Delta caused us to be severely late and caused me to miss money working with another artist....

@Delta customer service is also lacking in a major way. So I called to complain and get compensated for the money I lost and guess what? @Delta has a wait time of over 2 hrs. They didn't even offer to call back, as if u had 2 hrs of your life to sit on hold wait on them...

Even the @Delta_Pilots were so sweaty from no A/C on the plane, they looked like they played game 6 vs Giannis. Did I mention @Delta cost me over $500 in studio fees cause I missed my session due to their 3hr delay tht didn't fix the original problem...

But peep how @delta allowed us to board the plane, taxi on the runway for 15 before they pulled plane and delayed us. But wait it get worse, the @delta re-boards the passenger, we take off and the plane STILL HAD NO A/C... Everyone was sweating, babies were crying..really bad...

Before u take @Delta anywhere, you better look to the other airlines first. @Delta current service is horribley shitty. On sunday my flight from Miami to ATL, at 8 morning mind u, was delayed 3 hrs because the plane had no A/C....
