When hardship and insecurity are a part of people's lives in their homes. So, while I do not necessarily think military takeover is the answer, if the democratic process is entirely compromised, and state capture looms even larger.

The need to change any government becomes necessary when the state's mechanism becomes unapologetically corrupt, favours only those in elective or appointive positions, when freedom of speech is suppressed, and propaganda takes its place.

By @LadiThompson's point, we need both Muslims and Christians, to work hand in glove, and anyone who says different is against Nigeria. He identifies radicalization in the North as a major threat, and should be fought against.

According to Rev Ladi Peter Thompson, what Nigeria needs is a Non Violent Direct Action with youths from every part of Nigeria, as the major players, to fix Nigeria. More directly, blow off the cover of religion that the terrorists are using to divide the country.

The Reverend genetleman recommends that the Constitution of Nigeria be reviewed, and not for Nigeria to be divided because a united front is needed to restore human dignity/value in Nigeria.

There should be clarity on what @realDonaldTrump is talking about. The focus is on fighting terrorists, not Nigeria as a whole. We should understand that the narrative that America is looking to invade Nigeria, is misleading.

@DavidHundeyin Yesterday, I was having a conversation with my staff, on what to do about redirecting where Nigeria is headed. My take was, and is till simple. Until we wake up and realize that tribal and ethnic sentiments shouldn't be part of today's modern world, we are not ready for a shift.

Yet when I tell you that the bigotry olympics you are witnessing in Nigerian online spaces is completely artificial, and many of the accounts involved are not run by Nigerians, you people look at me like I'm the crazy one. We are in the middle of the world's largest Digital Blackface operation, but it's a shame that as usual most of you will not put 2 and 2 together until it's too late and it doesn't matter anymore. Then will come the crocodile tears.

It is part of my civic responsibility to pay tax. So, no, I have absolutely no problem with doing so as a Nigerian, even with all sorts of new taxes introduced lately. However, what are the state and federal tax departments using the tax revenue for? 🤔 Pray tell...anyone?
