@TOs1stPO Hi Toronto’s First Post Office! Question for you. I’ve come into possession of some unused vintage stamps that are pre-cancelled (with lines printed through them) Do you think I can still use them as part of a $0.92 postage or are they invalid? Thanks for your help!
