A large % social housing in London Bridge is managed by resident-led @LeathermktJMB, giving local people a better say over housing. @bateswalsall1 has done a top job steering the JMB over decades and it was great celebrating his achievements at his retirement party last night.

Engaging with young people is a challenge for many social landlords, but hearing the views of younger tenants is crucial. @TpasEngland, @TPASCymru, @TPASScotland and @SuppCommunities have joined together to share good practice from the four nations. tpas.org.uk/tpas-events/sh…
