@TPCSlangille There was a shooting in the complex across from the school. They were in lockdown for about 20 minutes after school ended. The third time I've received a text like this in the past two years and it definitely doesn't get easier.

Seriously one of the worst text to receive as a parent these days. There's no way as a parent your stomach doesn't drop reading it especially minutes before school is supposed to be out. Ugh.
