Homicide 26/2022 1/2 On May 9 police responded to a shooting call in the Jane St. and Wilson Ave area. The victim has been identified as Calvin Andre SCOTT, 32 of Toronto.

Homicide 25/2022 2/2 UPDATE Investigators identified Johvan Waldron, 27, of Toronto as WANTED. UPDATE On May 10 Johvan Waldron was charged with First-Degree Murder.

Homicide 25/2022 1/2 On May 7 at 3:01 a.m., police responded to a call for a shooting in the Morningside Ave and Sheppard Ave East area. Two men suffered gun shot wounds. One man succumbed to his injuries. The victim has been identified as Peter Oscar Khan, 36, of Ajax.

Homicide 24/2022 On March 11 police responded to a call in the Jane Street and Montye Ave area. On May 6 the victim was pronounced deceased in hospital. He has been identified as Robert Racz,30, of Toronto. Pal Pintyi, 26, of Toronto has been charged with First Degree Murder.

Homicide 14/2022 On February 19 at 1:17 am police responded to a call for a shooting in the Keele St. and Flamborough Drive area. The victim was identified as Joshua Olsen 30, of Toronto. UPDATE On May 3 John Cruz-Barros, 25, was ARRESTED and charged with First Degree Murder.

Homicide 23/2022 2/2 A second shooting victim was transported to hospital with serious injuries. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 416-808-7400, Crime Stoppers anonymously at 416-222-TIPS (8477), or at 222tips.com.

Homicide 23/2022 1/2 On April 30 at 5:46 p.m., police responded to a call for a shooting in the Mount Olive Drive and Kipling Ave area. Officers located a man outside a housing complex who had been shot. The victim has been identified as Cavonte Dimsdale,18, of Toronto.

Homicide 22/2022 2/2 A passenger in the vehicle, a 27-year-old man, suffered a gunshot wound and was treated for a non life-threatening injury. Investigators are asking if anyone was driving in the area at the time, and has dash-camera footage, to contact police.

Homicide 22/2022 1/2 On April 28 at 9:53 p.m., police responded to a call for a sound of gunshots in The Queensway and Windermere Ave area. Officers located a man, inside a vehicle, who had been shot. The deceased has been identified as Jack Loor-Walters, 25.

HOMICIDE 21/2022 UPDATE 2/2 Adriana Desario, 20, of Oakville is charged with Second Degree Murder. Niki Kirimi, 18, of Toronto is charged with Second Degree Murder. Dawson Aguilera Jimenez, 22, of Toronto, is charged with Second Degree Murder.

Homicide 21/2022 1/2 Officers responded to a radio call on April 13 at 5:02 p.m, in the Harbour St and York St area. Daniel Hoffman, 31, of Toronto, was located inside his residence deceased.

Homicide 20/2022 2/2 Richard Jonathan Edwin, 39, of Toronto has been charged with two counts of First Degree Murder for homicide investigations 19 and 20 for 2022.

Homicide 20/2022 1/2 On April 9 police responded to a shooting in the Dundas St E and George St area. The victim Elijah Eleazar Mahepath, 36, of Toronto suffered gunshot wounds and succumbed to his inquiries.

Homicide 19/2022 On April 7 police responded to a shooting at Sherbourne TTC station. The victim Kartik Vasudev, 21, succumbed to his injuries. Richard Jonathan Edwin, 39, has been charged with two counts of First Degree Murder for homicides 19 & 20 for 2022.

Homicide 18/2022 On April 2 a man was located with stabbing injuries in the Ontario St and Shuter St area. The victim has been identified as Abdi Jama, 58, of Toronto. On April 3 Shamar James, 30, of Toronto was ARRESTED and charged with Second Degree Murder.

Homicide 17/2022 UPDATE On April 2, Dallas Ly, 20, of Toronto was ARRESTED and charged with Second Degree Murder for the murder of Tien Ly.

Homicide 17/2022 1/2 On March 28 officers responded to a call in the Eastern Ave and Berkshire Ave area. Officers located a deceased female body in a plastic bag. UPDATE The deceased woman has been identified as Tien Ly 46, of Toronto.
