Why it works:
• Neural adaptation: Frequent heavy lifting enhances neuromuscular efficiency, improving strength and technique without excessive fatigue.
• Skill development: Daily practice refines lifting mechanics, similar to skill-based sports training.
• Recovery management: Low volume per session prevents overtraining, allowing consistent progress.
Who it suits:
• Advanced lifters: Those with solid technique and recovery capacity benefit most, as EDM demands precise form and discipline.
• Powerlifters/weightlifters: Ideal for athletes focused on peaking strength for competition.
• Time-efficient trainees: Suits those with limited session time but consistent training schedules.
Not ideal for beginners or those prone to overtraining.
