20 years as a loyal client of @Citibank. I tried to deposit a check and they froze my entire account. Driving across country with absolutely NO access to ANY of my funds without a call or any communication from @Citibank is unacceptable!!

Can’t begin to describe my frustration and disappointment with @Citibank. Mailed in a check for deposit and my entire account was frozen without them giving me any notice. If a check is questionable then put a hold on it, but don’t take away all of my funds!
