I have got to give @TRECommission a shout out. I have had a couple of question that the attorney have gotten back extremely fast, renewals are immediate, name change is immediate. A million times better than in years past. Only thing slowing them down is approving education but I’d imagine that is in the work soon to. #kudos

Here's some info on TREC's Enforcement Division: It investigates complaints, enforces the Commission’s rules, and reviews new applicants’ and current license holders’ background history concerns—which could include criminal activity. #RealEstate

TREC’s Licensing Division announced (during the May meeting: bit.ly/3ICCcP3) the agency will end this fiscal year with a slight increase in the total number of license holders, which is at 236,000. There is also an increase in easement/right-of-way agent applications.
