@TRIB3uk I am sorry if you feel I have said anything unjust. You can appreciate my frustration after waiting over a month for a refund that I was told would be sorted in 2 days. Ben was very professional on the ‘phone. It appears that all our communication methods could be improved.

.@TRIB3uk is refusing to refund me for the sessions I didn’t use before they closed the #Meadowhall gym. What a whack company. They were trying to get me to buy more sessions the day before they closed. Properly mugged off. #RippedOff #Theiving #BewareTrib3

@Monkeyboybaker Yes agree this could of been sorted very easily in a phone call which should have happened and I was told it had. However we have tried to deal with this professionally. Some comments I feel were unjust. Thanks for your custom. Dan

@TRIB3uk I’ve just had a phone call from Ben which has cleared things up. Hoping it’ll all be sorted in a few days. I think the lesson might be to ensure everything is communicated better with customers so people aren’t stressing about money that is owed to them. Thanks.

@Monkeyboybaker Some like yourself maybe came after that cut off date. Ben now has to take these to the finance director. This does not mean they will not be paid. I hope this is clear? Dan

@Monkeyboybaker That is absolutely not correct. Firstly all refunds have been completed where there is a connected card. In your case there isn’t. We needed bank details to do a bank transfer which have also been done. We had a one month cut off to complete all transactions.
