Another update from our Mull boys on the Dervaig house build. Last week the solar panels were all fitted, velux windows fitted and the floor screed poured by Glenalmond Contracts.

One of our teams on Mull have been progressing well with the house build in Dervaig. 📸These photos were taken a few weeks ago as the building was made wind and watertight. The metal roof covering was started and internally ready for floor screed.

Congratulations to Skilled Labourer Marek Wlazly for reaching his 10 years length of service. Project Manager Finn Currie was delighted to present Marek with his certificate & vouchers on site last week.

Some progress photos of a job some of our Mull team are working on showing the foundation being cut and poured for a three-bedroom ‘long house’ style bungalow along with a detached garage which is now complete.

Well done to our fabulous accounts team for achieving a Gold Standard award from the @scotgov Fair Payment Code. We achieved the highest level of award a company can get in recognition of their fair and prompt payment performance, supporting SMEs and small businesses.

Questions are already being asked about who is winning so far so we thought we might get a leaderboard up and running. The current leader has already stomped out a whopping 104 miles, 2nd place is 43 miles and 3rd place is 36 miles. Has anyone beaten 104 miles yet?!!

What are the chances of three guys on the same site sharing the same birthday?! We’d all like to wish the three amigos, Machine Operators James Gardner and Kenny Martin and Joinery Manager Stephen Young a very Happy Birthday for yesterday!
