You know what you need to be at your peak. Create a plan now for your self-care. Build in stop times at night so you can get 7.5-9 hours of sleep. Schedule in meals, breaks, quiet reflection, and exercise. Take care of yourself during this high demand period. You’ve got this!

Plan a study schedule backwards from finals dates to now to set your efforts. Break the work into doable chunks over time. These smaller parts will be much more manageable and create far less stress. The quality of your work will also be improved. You’ve got this!

Finding the right study location for you can be tricky. Identify whether or not your room is a good place for that. Scope out places in the library, and academic buildings. Finding that perfect study place now will be helpful when finals season rolls in. You’ve got this!
