The initial "Only Outdoors" change that was causing issues is gone, and now they only remove tea buffs in Raids and Mythic Keystone Dungeons. The buffs seem to survive Indoors, Delves, and Follower/Normal/Heroic/Mythic Dungeons (unless you'd start M+) #Warcraft @WarcraftDevs 👍
