Serious question for those who listen or call into the @paulfinebaum show. Can anyone ever say anything positive, fair or even neutral about Kalen DeBoer? I have a friend, Alabama fan, who has been trying to persuade me it is possible and the show is better than I think and I should listen in when possible. I tried in the past and again today. What’s the first thing I hear? Literally, Paul Finebaum mocking DeBoer’s personal appearance - Kalen’s look / tan during SEC media days. That’s the level of dialogue on the show? Not only stupid, it’s petty and immature. It’s 14 years old. #rolltide #rtr #finebaum #paulfinebaum #stupid

So many people don't or refuse to understand that RAW is streamed globally and some countries have strict censorship policies. Some countries have a no curing policy. Some have a no blood policy. Some have a no nudity policy. You will be OK

NETFLIX LIVE VERSION: Brock Lesnar & Oba Femi Flipping off each other NETFLIX REPLAY VERSION: Cuts the entire part and switches to a different camera angle Bro… the way Netflix censors & alters stuff makes these moments look so BAD. 😭

My favorite recently departed WWE wrestler trope is alluding to breaking out of prison/finally having freedom. I completely understand how difficult it must be to have a net worth of several million dollars and having to find signal on my tropical island vacation.

@PhilipCharlesIV Good read. The Clippers have clearly moved on from Mathurin and I say the Bulls should take a flyer on him. The Bulls need scoring punch off the bench and he won't be crazy expensive. Okoro's expiring contract gives the Clippers flexibility in their rebuild too

Long Bulls Post Incoming: So, it's been a day to settle down, and this is what I think about the Chicago Bulls acquiring Bennedict Mathurin: My initial excitement was probably overstated. I say it'd be incredible; I don't think that adjective would fit this acquisition. The Chicago Bulls don't NEED Ben Mathurin. Mathurin has his pros and cons. I think whether he ends up being good for the Bulls or not would largely be up to Tiago Splitter and how he chooses to deploy him. I do want to place trust in our new Head Coach, in that he would make effective use out of what Mathurin can do. The place I settle on when thinking about whether the Bulls should acquire Mathurin or not is this: Who are we giving up to bring him in? There are certain scenarios where I think the Bulls get better and others where I think they get worse. If the Bulls trade away Isaac Okoro (preferably) or Zach Collins, I think it's a positive move for them. If the Clippers insisted on taking Tre Jones or Jalen Smith, I'd prefer to walk away. Right now, I think Isaac Okoro is the most likely person to play backup SG because I think Dailyn Swain is going to require some development before being ready for a large role. I would personally rather see Mathurin be the player getting those minutes than Okoro. I know Okoro has defensive value, but his offense is putrid to me. Too many games where he's a complete nothing on that end of the floor. He's expiring anyways; I'd like to move on. The Bulls don't have much of a scoring punch off the bench. I think Mathurin could fill that role well. He also provides the Bulls with a second player who can get their own shot. We obviously hope Buzelis and Wilson can develop this skill, but for now, Norman Powell is the only person we know can do that. There's a lot of overreactions to the fact that Mathurin likes to shoot. If Tiago employs him strategically, those kinds of players can be useful. The "6th Man Microwave Scorer" is a tale as old as time. Jamal Crawford, Ben Gordon, James Harden in OKC, etc. People are acting as if you can't win with those players around, but the Indiana Pacers went to the NBA Finals. And Mathurin himself played excellently in those Finals, specifically Game 3 where he went 9-of-12 and scored 27 points, 10 in the fourth quarter, to lead the Pacers to a W over Oklahoma City. This is a player who has been to the biggest stage and performed. I'm not buying that he's going to tank the team or ruin development in a Sixth Man role where he'll be playing with Bench players more often than Starters. Of course he'll play with everyone, but my point is that he wouldn't be the first player with the Microwave skill set who is on a young, developing team. Ben Gordon did just that for the Baby Bulls. It also doesn't need to last forever. If and when Dailyn Swain becomes ready to take on the Sixth Man role (or starting role if Powell is gone), the Bulls could move on from Mathurin if they think the need for his scoring is no longer necessary. All of this being said, it's not the end of the world if the Bulls don't get him. It's just my argument for why he could be useful. I believe he's an upgrade over Okoro.
