Power restored. Probably won’t have my PC hooked up until the weekend. Still will have lots of fallout to deal with over this, but it is what it is. Had to replace everything in the fridge. Have to replace all the surge protectors because they died, and one melted on the inside.

@ArdemysLia @Andreya_Stride Safe yes, but we are still without power in some sections of the apartment. It’s been a real nightmare.

So I might be a bit quiet as I am currently fighting my apartment because we had an emergency power situation that was causing electrical fire fumes and now have been without power for days. So I can’t take new shots or do much of anything at the moment. Good times. We are finding temporary lodgings at the moment. U.S. and our pets are safe. I was smart enough to know to cut the power to the unit as things escalated.

@Andreya_Stride The situation is more or less under control. Turns out the issues we were having stemmed from a loose neutral wire causing power to go out of control and flow at nearly twice the safe voltage through outlets. It’s a miracle no one got electrocuted and nothing caught fire.

@TTFFXIV I’m sorry to hear that friend - I hope you’re able to get things sorted out in a fashionably quick manner. Let us know if there’s anything we can do to help!

@Malthael32 Finally got an electrician here and they are working on it now. They think they may know the problem so we will see if this fixes things.
