Red Tailed Bumble Bee Bombus Lapidarius Bumbóg Earr-Rua Found in flower rich habitats, parks & gardens. Females are jet black with a red tail with black hairs on the hind leg. Males are similar but have red hairs on the hindleg & yellow facial hairs & on the ‘collar’ (thorax).
