Love coming down to Texas for showcases!! Here’s some highlights from the weekend, including a couple 💣💣. Thank you to all the coaches who came out to watch us.

Proud of this team and the fight we showed all season to make it to the championship. Disappointed I couldn’t do more at the plate last night but one game doesn’t define my season. Thankful for every memory this year playing high school ball… now onto travel ball!

Congrats, St. Olaf commit, @eariekhof on being recognized as her class valedictorian! G2 Heat VZ players have an average GPA of 3.9 for 5 years in a row and counting. We’ve also had 3 valedictorians in the last 2 years. Not many teams can claim that! 👩‍🎓 🥎

BREAKING: Kansas is now the 18th state to sanction girls flag football. The KSHSAA Board of Directors made it official today by a 61-1 vote. Starting in the 2026-27 school year, Kansas girls will compete for a KSHSAA state championship in flag football.
