Why 99% of Tamilians look like this ?

One class of Indian incompetence that rarely gets talked about is "Everything is P1 urgent priority" guy I used to be part of a global implementation team a long time ago when I was a wagie at a large well-known tech org. We'd triage projects and assess when they could be reasonably rolled out within deployment pipelines There was always - and I mean always - one Indian guy whose pet project was P1 super-urgent must-be-delivered yesterday. Luckily we had a change control meeting where a case had to be made for why your work was priority. Spoiler alert - their work was never actually priority Without fail those Indians would never have facts, reasons, explanations, etc why it was priority. They would just yell and threaten. Claim you are causing problems for holding the company up, that some very high-up people would hear about it, that your job might even be at risk, etc Just yell, shout and bark until you get your way It never worked, and it was never the same Indian every week. But like clockwork they'd all go in with that as their only method of getting things done, because that's how it does in fact work back in India And I was absolutely hated by them for outright telling them no, and if not for the fact that the VP of the department was another White dude that I was on good terms with they probably would have got me in trouble Something tells me that kind of behavior was at play with whatever this Star Wars named clown was trying to do
