I think this stings so hard because Zanardi basically introduced me to my favorite racing series - that one short article from F1 racing about him, his domination, his accident and his recovery. The way he saw life inspire me as a person too Always see the bright side of life!

@ILOVEDIECASTCAR From the f40 competezione currently on my nightstand, it seems the front was altered a bit for play and track set compatibility. As for the RLC, it’s reveal was canceled at nationals, so we’ll have to wait a bit to see the 2026 car:

@ILOVEDIECASTCAR We’ll see what happens with the f40 as the 2026 RLC Ferrari was described by Brendon on the forums as “Enzo era” meaning pre 1988, which could mean it’s an f40. We know the 2027 RLC Ferrari is the F8 spyder so there’s that.

@ai2_yumeututu It’s pretty jarring isn’t it? Toyota was such a powerhouse here in the United States with Joe Gibbs fielding Kyle Busch, surprisingly he didn’t win the 2008 season, he had a flop towards the end which gave Chevrolet and Jimmie Johnson the title.

@ebiweds Yeah, I’m sure they’ll find a solution to the schedule. I’m most concerned about INDYCAR, they’ve been using the same chassis since before I was 10 years old and I’m in college now. I’m hoping the 2028 regulations actually deliver and on time…
