Crews have extinguished an apartment fire at 17770 NW Cornell Road. Crew arrived to find heavy fire affecting several units inside the building. Crews are transitioning to salvage and overhaul and a fire investigator is on scene to determine cause. Thank you to @HillsboroFire

Update: Firefighters have brought the fire under control. Crews searched and confirmed all occupants made it out safely. A fire investigator will work to determine the cause.

UPDATE, 2/2: The location needed alternative water supply. Residents and pets were not home at the time. The fire was contained to the home and the RV, but both are total losses. An investigator is on scene. Thanks @HillsboroFire, Dundee Fire, @WCSOOregon, and @AMR_Social.

UPDATE, 1/2: Crews have brought the fire under control. While arriving, they saw a black column of smoke and upgraded to a first alarm. A fully involved four-story log house fire threatened trees and a nearby RV, which then led to upgrading to a second alarm.

Firefighters are on the scene of a commercial fire at Pride Disposal in Sherwood. Crews have contained the garbage fire to a large metal building on the property and the fire is now under control. No injuries reported and a fire investigator is on scene. #pdxalert

Crews responded to a residential fire in Beaverton today. Firefighters found a bedroom fully involved with heavy smoke throughout the home and quickly knocked down the fire, limiting damage. Homeowners were not home. One dog was found deceased. Cause under investigation.
