Dear @TVNZ Having #EURo2024 to broadcast is a privilege, so do us a favour & present it properly or give it to those who will. At least be f^*ked enough to put commentary on the highlights. To neglect this is just lazy & useless. Who watches sport without commentary. Slack ass.

So let’s get this right: taxpayers fund left wing opiner John Cambell to “tour” north island for a three series anti-govt narrative on water infrastructure and couldn’t find a single ratepayer to talk to or in fact anyone on the side of majority public opinion. An individual ran through a 1 NEWS live cross just before 5pm. Our 1 NEWS cameraman and a member of the public were pushed to the ground. Our cameraman was attended to by ambulance staff - everyone is ok, including @hendysh who was being interviewed. The police are also present.
