@valleymetro Route 44, picked up at Angela/Tatum @ 6:58am. I watched 25 people unable to scan in over the length of the route. Happens nearly once a day on my commute (44 to A to 56; and then 56 to A to 44).

@TWMrock Hello. All buses should have Valley Metro's purple fare readers that scan mobile fare. If you experience an issue with a fare reader please let us know which bus number and we will investigate.

@valleymetro does the app work on all vehicles branded Valley metro or is this just a loose cartel of 3rd party operators that can tell me SmartFare means nothing? This is the third time in a week or so that the fare box doesn’t work, and I’m standing there like an asshole…
