@NickSchwagerNFL You could easily say Pats will finally face a real opponent this year 🤣
English

Browns had a top-2 defense in the league that year + they were on fire
Chargers were also on fire at that time
Steelers were the easiest but still have a good defense + Aaron Rodgers
Goal posts continue to move
Jordan Moore@iJordanMoore
CJ Stroud + the Texans’ playoff resume “gauntlet” … 2023: Flacco + Browns (home) 2024: Herbert + Chargers (home) 2025: 44-year-old Rodgers + Steelers Now they actually get a real opponent. On the road @ Patriots = Top 2 offense + a defense that just put the league on notice.

Vitality can’t even make it to the finals to face Spirit….😅
Jacob “Pimp” Winneche@PimpWinneche
Zweih with a bit of a breakout game for Spirit. Back to back grand finals for a team most likely making roster changes post EWC. I think we could a new #1 contender to Vitality, and I would LOOOOOVE to see them duke it out both at the Bounty, EWC, but also post EWC.

paiN Gaming has been removed from participation in the BLAST Premier Open Season 2. This decision follows Valve's official tournament rule 3.2.5(c), which states that teams who have previously declined an invitation to the same tournament are not eligible to compete.
paiN initially declined their direct invitation to the South American Closed Qualifier for BLAST Open S2. As a result, they are ineligible to participate in The Open.
The team has been informed of this decision and their invitation now passes to the next team in the invitation date VRS rankings.
With Legacy next in-line for direct invitation, their closed qualification spot now passes to the South American runner-up Imperial.

Think i'm ready to start streaming again. I dm'd everyone I felt that I needed too and had some heart to hearts. I wanted to make amends to the best of my ability. I feel the final step is to just start streaming and rebuilding my relationship with my audience. If you wanna support me, feel free to stop by stream anytime ( Will be streaming normally again starting today ) If not then I understand and only wish everyone the best.
Since I haven't been drinking I'm starting to get bored and sorta feel like a BUM for not working ROFL
Probably wont be using twitter, I only ever used this shit site for Sponsor/Melee. I'm keeping my account up just in case but not really sure how I'll feel about the Melee in my future. If anyone from the community ever wants to talk you know where to find me.
Lastly just wanna say SUPER appreciated anyone who reached out or shared their stories dealing with addiction or had some life altering moments they had no recollection of. Felt these people really understood and had empathy. Would love to pay back that favor so if you ever need someone to listen to you, come by stream and Ill offer the best listener that I can. ( Plan on expanding on this by making a discord or something in the near future maybe ) If Melee exists in my future I would also love to do something at events to support women in the scene either to help/promote safety or just figuring out how to help support existing things like Smash Sisters.
Appreciate anyone who has cared/listened. Will be working as hard as I can to be the best version of myself everyday. Hope to see everyone soon.

Okay, I'm going to word vomit a bit on the timeline. The current state of NA VALORANT below the Tier 1 level is in an absolutely terrible place. Tier 2 was fundamentally killed when Riot introduced the franchise system without providing hands-on support for the Challengers League or offering proper financial aid to the orgs willing to invest in it and help grow and support our future players and teams.
It's honestly not surprising that match-fixing for money eventually happened. These players are putting in all their time and energy to become the best, chasing their dream of making it big and joining a Tier 1 team. When that hope is lost, people may resort to accepting money to throw matches — and to be honest, that kind of money could be life-changing for them.
I think one thing Riot failed to consider is that Tier 2 is a crucial pillar of support for Tier 1 play. It's incredibly exciting to see new underdog teams and rising talent perform on the big stage — it often makes for some of the most competitive and thrilling esports moments of all time. When that pillar starts to crumble, there's a very real risk the entire structure could collapse.
It's genuinely depressing and disappointing to see Riot mishandle a game I truly love and care about (even if I criticize it a lot). I hope they come to realize that they need to support the entire competitive ecosystem — not just the very top.
Lastly, streaming the game and trying to create content around ranked has been a nightmare. Every streamer constantly getting stream-sniped, which forces people to delay stream and ultimately kill chat interaction. Matches are being thrown — again — either for money or to help others climb and reach high spots on the competitive leaderboard, even though it’s ultimately pointless.
The incentive to play ranked has remained the exact same since the game launched. A lot of ranked players aren't excited to play — they're just addicted, queuing up and chasing the feeling the game gave them long ago. There have been no exciting new rewards for reaching the top, and no new game modes that allow for fun, expressive content to be created.
I'm still pretty heated as I write this. I just want what’s best for the game — both at the top and everything beneath it. We, the players, need to see action — not just words. Thanks for coming to my TED talk, and I'm super excited to receive my 10th Radiant gun buddy.
