@Matthew_Rupiper Gotcha 💪🏼 agree with the waste of $$ stuff, so many better ways to do it. The warmup discussion is interesting, i see a very wide range of habits as well. I see many practice vs. meet environment warmups tend to differ with space/time constraints especially indoors.

@TYGUY__ I didn’t say they have to stop. It was an observation. No disagreements on a pre-shot routine…but I do find it funny when littles play tag and call it good On the other hand…I take issue w/the ⬆️ $ compression devices, vibration tools, footwear, tools/sticks/etc

You’ll also see an endless array of pre competition movements, “drills/prep,” mannerisms, “theater,” and my favorite…. Silly “recovery/rehab” BS…both sold and used. Yes Mr. Salesman person please inform me how this enhances “recovery.”

Spend a full day at an indoor track event watching the variable athletic abilities, anthropometrics, task demands, etc etc etc and you’ll stop (at least you should stop) making any claims about how or what a weight room program should look like.

@NickHoopes_ The new houston methodist form has definitely cut down on my time to complete. Should be like any other industry though, flat administrative fee of sorts

Wanna know my absolute favorite part about Letters of Medical Necessity? (After I explain why a wheelchair needs to have tires) It’s that I have to sign an attestation that I am not getting paid for the time I spent doing paperwork And I still need an MD to say “I concur” 🤡🙃

Let’s play a game called “Spot the most ridiculous claim on a sheet of paper” My favorite is a subluxed T11 causing acne. Poor middle school kids. All that slouching must be wrecking their thoracic spines… “Remember the 80% of subluxations cause no symptoms” 🤡🤡🤡

@NickHoopes_ Regardless of MRI findings. If resolved well with HEP, able to improve and maintain strength over the next few months wouldn’t you be following the same course of care?

Moral: It’s very easy to say “MRI doesn’t dictate pain/dysfunction” And that’s true… But it also can probably miss things as well…

Ok fine… You have a long standing PMHx of cLBP and intermittent radicular symptoms… And slightly diminished DTRs on the involved side… And symptoms improve with an HEP prioritizing “sciatic nerve lengthening” “You’re not your MRI” goes two ways….

Once again, to bring some attention and hopefully business to a really cool person and story, if Bryson DeChambeau wins the PGA Championship, I’ll buy a @HannaGolfCo putter for one of my followers (must be a follower) that retweets this post and comments how many total birdies Bryson will make for the tournament. Whoever is the closest will win. @DoerflerJared

When the going gets tough on the golf course mid round, do you have a way to "get into the clubhouse"? I like putting the ball back in my stance & feeling as though I "cover" the ball with my upper body & feeling as though I exit left Ball goes pretty straight What's yours?
