@TravisTannahill I was thinking the same. I wonder if it had anything to do with the sideline warning after the grounding call on the 3rd play of the game. After everything that occurred, it’s almost worth going back and watching that play. The tone was set very early…

Also why is Coach Kleiman not calling the white hat over to get an explanation? If this is as bad of a call as we think it is, they easily could of replayed 4th down

Chris Klieman says the Kansas State football team took it as disrespectful when KU was favored in today’s game. People saying “this is the year” KU ends the streak fueled the Wildcats all week. Klieman: “It kind of pissed off a lot of our older Kansas kids.”

SCHEDULE MALAISE: Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs will have an extremely challenging schedule this season. It all starts with an AFC title game rematch as the Chiefs square off against the Baltimore Ravens in the Thursday night season-opener. A week later, Kansas City faces rival Cincinnati as Joe Burrow and the Bengals seek revenge. The Chiefs end the season with three road contests in their final four games. Mahomes isn't too worried about the schedule, but he isn't exactly pleased with the bye week being in Week Six. “The only thing I don’t like is the early bye. The early bye is always tough. But other than that, I’m just ready to play.” If I were Mahomes, I’d be more concerned about September and December’s potential pitfalls.
