Tonight is the night! Our 18th annual Impact in the Community Awards will celebrate our neighbourhood champions. We are excited to meet all the nominees and their guests. A massive thank you to all our sponsors who have made this night possible.

Our customers will shortly receive information regarding the 2024 rent review. From 1st April 2024 rent will increase by 7.7% in line with government guidelines that enable social landlords to use the September 2023 inflation figure of 6.7% plus 1% to set the 2024/25 rent.
