Chainsaw Man fans have this very weird ego, not just towards other manga but within the fandom itself where their interpretation of a story is the 'superior' one. Here disagreement is a death sentence and criticism is a declaration of war.

And tho you're partly right that most people shout in a dangerous situation, they don't really think. Most of their actions are impulsive. Despite that, in dandandan it, it's not just dangerous situations

It's different from say mob psycho 100, where the MCs love interest isn't even part of the lead. It feels more like a running gag in mob psycho 100

@KiyatsumaKaneki @MasimovTunar @hk9era @LordA36 I'm sure you've watched mob psycho 100. It's in the same ballpark as dandandan. But the characters actually feel like they are real. The mc is quite, while his boss is very chaotic. This kind of contrast makes the show feel real and alive

You could say she's a loud thinker, but this is how almost everyone in the show operates. I remember earlier before that that evil eye, when he made a ball of energy out of souls, he just starts explaining the souls
