Big impact. Bigger heart. That’s Big E. At DCC XVI, @ian693 had the honor of waving the Checkered Flag, an unforgettable moment led by someone who embodies everything the DCC stands for. A previous @MiamiDolphins Fan of the Year and longtime DCC advocate, Big E has raised over $100,000 as a DCC participant. But even more powerful is the way he inspires and connects our community as the Team Captain of Worldwide Dolphins Fans🐬 Having him wave the checkered flag for our first finisher was the perfect celebration 🏁

Big first year energy 👏 45 members. $12K raised. One powerful start. Shoutout to Team Fidelity for showing what happens when people come together with purpose 💚

 Today we celebrate the @SylvesterCancer physicians who support the DCC by fundraising and walking or riding alongside their patients. We are truly grateful for all that you do!

Every DCC has moments that remind us how special our community is💚At DCC XVI, one of those moments was Danny Johnson proudly waving the Green Flag to kick off the day. Since 2021, Danny has led Team Positive Porpoise to more than $400,000 raised for DCC - a remarkable testament to his leadership and belief in this mission👏 His team rallies the @MiamiDolphins fanbase with energy and heart.   Danny embodies what makes this community so special, and we are grateful for the passion and positivity he brings to the DCC family.

Big energy. Even bigger purpose.   Team AutoNation was proud to stand alongside Dolphins Cancer Challenge for an unforgettable weekend.   We celebrated survivors. We honored fighters. We came together for something bigger than all of us.   Because of this incredible community, over $260,000 was raised to fund life-saving cancer research and bring hope to patients and families.   Moments like these remind us why we show up year after year. To @TackleCancer thank you for including us in your mission. To everyone who participated, donated, and supported, we are so grateful to be part of this community with you.   Already counting down to next year.

Meet our DCC XVI Grand Marshal, Dr. Adhiti Dhir ✨ A true leader in pediatric cancer research and the newly appointed endowed chair in pediatric cancer research, named in partnership between the DCC, the SebastianStrong Foundation and Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. She inspired our crowd before the 5K with heart and hope. Here’s to a future where more kids beat cancer — and thrive.

From firefighter‑driven research to mobile cancer screenings, Sylvester is breaking barriers so first responders get the care they deserve—right at their stations.
During DCC XVI, we took a moment to honor them on the DCC stage, celebrating the heroes who never stop showing up for us.💙🔥

We’re grateful for the incredible support of our city leaders! Miami‑Dade Mayor Daniella Levine Cava and Commissioner Oliver Gilbert joined the DCC community at the 39-mile ride at the University of Miami. Thank you both for believing in the mission and being part of our fight against cancer.
