@sensorystories_ It might be different if autism didn’t cost $5k + for a diagnosis as an adult compared to ADHD. I find it difficult to speak about because I can’t spend that kind of money on a test. So I generalize my experiences as “on the spectrum” which in turn unfortunately minimizes them.

ADHD seems to be the "socially acceptable" disability for people to have in place of autism (broadly speaking). And I see this as a huge problem for 2 reasons...
