@emsawarrior @CNN I'm a smart employer and would not take a hard pass on an accusation like this (consider the time passed for ex). I would weigh all factors...most Americans realize we aren't perfect and give understanding.

@JillFilipovic Jill is wrong.... our society works on this basis of presumed innocence. We own a restaurant, we can't assume guilt based solely on An accusation, which is just that, not an indictment or a judgement.
