Before I built Phantom Press, I ghostwrote for Web3 founders.
That experience taught me something powerful:
The best founders don’t “sell.” They teach.
Every post, every thread, every interview — it wasn’t about hype.
It was about giving people a reason to believe in what they were building.
So when I started my agency, that became the mission:
Turn founders into teachers.
Because when you teach, people trust. And trust scales faster than ads.

I realize the bold move that I made
I said fuck my university degree, I am going fulltime Web3
A year ago I set the ambitious goal
7 months in I stood at the edge of the cliff ready to jump
I was ready to leap into the unknown
At the start I had the most cringy morning routine
- Ice showers
- My alarm didn't wake me up, I woke it up
- Meditating outside so I got sun exposure as well
Anything a Guru said I did it better
Invested more in myself than ever before
Bought trash courses left and right
I got a mentor as I knew nothing about business
Getting on calls with my mentor during my 9-5
Taking sales calls before, during lunch, and after work
Creating content on what ever free time I had left
My boss at work looked at me like I was crazy, but I appreciate that he never once tried to stop me.
I was getting 4-5 hours of sleep for 2-3 months
I was exhausted and pale. I was told I look like drug addict at one point
There was nothing glamours about any of it
I share this with you not to make myself feel better or make myself look like I am better than anyone
I am extremely grateful for the position I am in, there was no luck involved
Just so many sleepless nights, failures, and hate from others
If you're not ready to jump off the cliff, you might as well stay where it's safe and that is 100% okay
If you do want this, you gotta jump off
Don't lift your head up till you make it, but remember, going full monk mode and hiding away isn't the only way.
Find a distraction – like a cute Latina who might break your heart.
Life's about balance, not just about hustling in solitude, but losing your momentum is one of the worst things you can do
That's a story for another day

When I started my entrepreneurial journey, I was consumed by building the next big thing. But over time, I realized that success isn't just about the product—it's about the narrative that resonates deeply with your audience. A compelling story is the difference between fading into obscurity and thriving in Web3.

I hate to say it but a lot of these people don’t care. They will legitimately do anything for money.
They completely abandoned the notion of a soul a long time ago.
Sociopathy has subtly weaved itself into the culture of crypto and I can only guarantee it gets worse

@Tacoio Audience loyalty is something you can't buy
And building a loyal tribe is every creator's job hehehe
