i'll just say it now it was overhyped the visuals are cool but thats it theres nothing cool or original or unique about this game it just felt like it was made to cash in the maps are bland and it feels really scummy to have in game microtransactions for a fangame

first thoughts so far: base survivor's stamina SUCKS parrying isn't entirely really working for fighter wish the maps not in the pizzeria felt more fnaf-y instead of generic campsite and robot factory with mimic's model pasted inside (he's not even a mass made robot bruh)

One of the things I adore about "Bite by Night" is the option to buy a game pass with in-game currency instead of the obvious "ROBUX ONLY!". Shows how much they actually care about the community.

@Ant_rollix @SirChapurato @BirdInABirdcage Thats not how it works, barricade 3 times you get stunned, if you open the door before the killer breaks in they get stunned for less than a second. The hp on doors is dependant on how centered you remain in the circle. Yall dont know how to play the fucking game and it shows

@Hens_chknrice Lowkey a bad thing because fighter having to be reliant on parries is a pretty bad decision as parries are completly unreliable since you basically need to guest WHEN they will hit you(their m1s are instant basically)

why is nobody talking about how bbn’s fighter class is LITERALLY the same moveset as g1337’s in forsaken but without the charge ability

@TarnArts springtrap can cut off loops really only on forest is where it REALLY REALLY matters, good ability still mimic's speed mode does no damage so it'll take like 10 years to kill ennard is slow as all anything without being in someone or have their minions

oh we're so absolutely cooked survivors can loop you so hard if they know what they're doing

@Shn00l @fizzyfluxx How exactly is the survivor gameplay not interesting? I understand its an opinion but survivors in this game(apart from customer which does suck) have good interactions and the game always keeps you on your toes. It just feels so disingenuous

ive played both survivor and killer, here's my honest and truthful thoughts on Bite By Night the game IS still in Beta and yes this is release day so I will try to be as lenient as I can, everything can and maybe will change, but these are my first impressions from the game. 🧵
